- HP Photosmart C6180 및 그외 호환 프린터 사용시 잉크시스템오류가 나타났을 때 해결방법 -

HP Photosmart 및 HP Photosmart All-in-One 프린터에서 "잉크 시스템 오류"가 떴을 경우, 해결방법입니다.

HP의 소프트웨어적인 문제이므로 무한공급기와는 아무런 상관이 없답니다.

미국 사이트에는 문제점과 해결방법이 나와 있는데, 우리나라에는 아직 없네요.

영어로 되어 있어서 해결방법만 간단하게 해석하였습니다.

HP Photosmart and HP Photosmart All-in-One Printers -  An 'Ink System' Error Code Displays on the Front Panel

Issue

An 0xc18xxxxx or 0xc19xxxxx ink system error code displays on the front panel. The printer cannot copy, receive faxes, or print.

Solution

1. Press the On button to turn the printer off.

2. Unplug the power cord from the back of the printer.

3. Remove all the ink cartridges.

4. Wait two minutes.

5. Plug the power cord into the back of the printer.

6. Press the On button to turn the printer on.

7. Install the ink cartridges when prompted.

If the error code does not display, the issue is resolved.

If the 0xc18xxxxx or 0xc19xxxxx ink system error code displays on the front panel, service the printer.

< 해 결 방 법 >

1. 전원버튼을 눌러 프린터의 전원을 끕니다.

2.  프린터의 전원선을 뺍니다.

3. 장착되어져 있던 카트리지를 모두 제거합니다.

4. 2분 정도 기다립니다.

5. 프린터의 전원선을 다시 꽂습니다.

6. 전원버튼을 눌러 프린터의 전원을 켭니다.

7. 카트리지를 다시 장착시킵니다.

잉크시스템오류가 더이상 뜨지 않는다면 문제는 해결된 것입니다.

만약 여전히 잉크시스템오류가 뜬다면, A/S 센터에 가거나 다른 해결방법을 찾아야 하겠지요. ^^
